Our mission is two-fold:  promoting awareness of cultural homogeny & contributing to global communities that promote the arts.

Objective

Our  objective is to contribute to the visual and intellectual discourse of marginalized artists.  We aim to merge the gaps imposed by society which divide the diverse ethnicities that constitute people of color and to foster cultural and ethnic identity.  3rd Root examines the links between people of color by using art and visual culture as a vehicle to explore  subject matters that connect their historical and cultural contributions.
